I am updating my office and stopped in Smart Buy as a result of a google search for used office furniture. I almost didn’t make that “last stop of the day,” but I am so glad I did! Tom greeted me immediately and was very friendly and interested in the overall picture of the changes I am making. This was important to me, as these changes are a big part of my professional and personal development. I wanted to buy from someone who was interested in really helping me get furniture that was going to work well, rather than just trying to sell me something. Tom was supportive, knowledgable, and patient. It took me some time to decide on the particular desk that would work best for my space, and he worked with me through the process, encouraging me to bring in my flooring and paint samples to make sure it all matched well. He was involved, giving me helpful feedback, but not pushy or intrusive. He also showed me some used, or scratch and dent items that were virtually like new, and created a package deal of sorts which allowed me to have a discount. This was so helpful, as I am definitely on a budget. From beginning to end it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience working with Tom…and it was certainly a welcome change to deal with a business owner who cares about the needs of his customers. I highly recommend Tom and Smart Buy if you’re considering a change in your office or furnishing an office. He has high quality furniture, very reasonably priced, and will help you get what you need.
