I love these kinds of places. Tucked Away behind Pinballz, Smart Buy is a total gem. I picked up a super high quality name brand office chair at a really great price. They seem to deal in both reclaimed office furniture as well as new stuff. I love that they are up cycling perfectly great products that would otherwise be tossed and the quality of the used piece I got was top notch. Cameron was extremely knowledgeable, very low pressure, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, providing me multiple options in my price range. They even offer a 30 day return policy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will be retuning for any other office furniture needs.

This place is amazing. I found Blake through a posting on Facebook Marketplace (good idea Blake!) as I was looking to furnish our new, small office on a tight budget. I had convos going with people all over town, for conference tables, desks, chairs, etc etc. I went to meet Blake to pick up a conf table and found they had everything we needed at super reasonable prices. And they deliver, also at very affordable prices. AND, the delivery guys put together our table and mounted the white board on our wall. Saved me tons of time not driving all over Austin and the customer service was on point. Thank you!

We recently used Smart Buy Office Furniture for a project with a very fast turnaround time. Not only did they get everything done, but it was done early! I had been shopping around for a new office chair to replace the one I had purchased from one of the "warehouse" stores. I had been to a few other places and was unhappy with what I had found. My original plan was to order the replacement parts for my chair from the manufacturer to fix it. I walked into this place and they had quite a bit of desks, wipe boards and chairs. Tom helped me decide the type of chair I needed. He was a wealth of knowledge and told me way more than I would ever need to know about office chairs. I was not interested in spending $200+ on a new office chair. Tom made sure to stay within my budget. We had decided on two chairs with mesh backs. They both were very comfortable and were way more studier than the chair I was using at home. After talking for a little more, he suggested this one cloth mid back chair, which I liked a little more than the other chairs. He sold me on the fact that it had like a 12 year warranty and if I ever had issues, I could come back and they would fix it under warranty. Tom was very friendly, professional and laid back. I appreciated the fact that he treated me like family. He was not pushy at all. He was very informative on the features and functionality of each chair. He also allowed me to take my time and not rush me as I was trying to decide.I had not planned to buy an office chair. I was merely trying to get an idea on how much one of these would cost to replace. I ended up leaving with one. My oldest son needs a new office chair and I would not hesitate to go back and buy another one from Tom.If you are looking for office furniture for you office or home office and not looking to break the bank, go see Tom they will treat you right.

I could not find anyone to repair my Herman Miller Aeron chair but called Smart Buy and spoke with Chris and BOOM.... He repaired my chair at a great price and gave me an overview of Herman Miller Chairs. They know their stuff. My husband and I are upgrading our home office and needed a new desk. Stumbled across this place and we were extremely pleased. Tom and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. What put them above the rest was taking the time to sit down with our room measurements and making a 3D mockup of our room with the desired furniture we wanted to show how the layout would be and also how much space we had leftover. Great pricing, great customer service, and great office dog, Tinkerbell. The staff were so welcoming, and had a highly detail-oriented, passionate approach to their work. I’m so happy I found this store. It has such a great selection of new and used office chairs. I was able to try sitting on more than anywhere else I went in town, including large chain stores.
