I’m so happy I found this store. It has such a great selection of new and used office chairs. I was able to try sitting on more than anywhere else I went in town, including large chain stores. The staff was incredibly friendly too and I purchased a more comfortable desk chair at a better price than I would have been able to otherwise.

My husband and I are upgrading our home office and needed a new desk. Stumbled across this place and we were extremely pleased. Tom and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. What put them above the rest was taking the time to sit down with our room measurements and making a 3D mockup of our room with the desired furniture we wanted to show how the layout would be and also how much space we had leftover. Great pricing, great customer service, and great office dog, Tinkerbell. Would definitely recommend them and will be back for any future home office needs.

Great find! Used and new office equipment at low prices. Nice folks that run the place too. We came in for a chair and left with: a chair, 2 mats, a rolling cabinet/seat ALL for less than $200. I will be back!

Family run place that is clean & pleasant & has a good variety. We think it's the best place to find what you need at a fair price! Staff super nice and very friendly. Seemed like all levels of staff liked each other and what they were doing. They will get my future business for sure! We went to 4 other places, none were as nice and clean, nor had staff that we liked to talk with! (and others didn't seem interested in my needing only a few pieces of office furniture and the small # of things I wanted to buy)** Top rated business for us - highly recommend!

Blake and his team at Smart Buy were terrific to work with. I purchased an entire office suite of furniture and cabinetry for my med clinic. The quality, customer service and communication were second to none. Some hiccups along the way, but each issue was quickly addressed. I absolutely recommend Smart Buy!

Needed a new desk chair, didn't want the Big Box experience. Really glad I tried Smart Buy. Tom was very patient and guided us through the various offerings, pointing out the pluses and minuses. Gave us plenty of time to try things out and come to a great choice. Really great experience. Won't go anywhere else for future needs.

Compared to Office Depot and other stores I shopped, Smart Buy has a much larger selection to choose from, while still being reasonably priced. My salesman, Blake, was super helpful. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends.

Such kind and helpful owners. Wanted to replace the arms on my office chair. The gentleman helped me save money by telling me we could just replace the pads. He got the chair out of my car brought it into the store and found replacement pads at VERY reasonable price. Then he helped me load it up again all within 10 minutes. Such great customer service. Highly recommend this place!

Smart Buy Office Furniture is amazing! We are full time RVer's and fitting anything into an RV can be challenging. It was no sweat for their team to work with the dimensions given and create a desk for getting business done. Plus, the chair is comfortable and rather swanky. I highly recommend!

Just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thanks for your service! The desks have worked out perfectly. Blake Walsh knew we had a bad customer service experience with another company and he made sure he met and exceeded our expectations. We ordered the same desk that we previously ordered from the other company that were on back order for well over 6 weeks and saved well over $800. Not to mention that we received them in less than an week. Their delivery driver did a great job as well. Cleaned up after himself, showed me how the locks worked, explained that they had a master key and/or that we could reorder keys if need be, ect…So thanks again! You have earned our business and if anything else comes up that we will be in need of around the office I will be coming to you! Great people, love my new chair! If your looking for a great office chair, go no further than the strata, I used mine daily for 10 hours + and I am always comfy. Will come back to Smart Buy over and over, they have lifetime customer.

Blake was so helpful!! I was immediately greeted and taken to exactly what I was looking for! He helped me pull out the one I wanted (even though it wasn't the most convenient one to reach!) This is an excellent place to shop for used, high-quality office furniture -- very highly recommended.I purchased two ergonomic desk chairs at Smart Buy on 11/16/2015, and had a very positive experience. Tom D. had a large variety of chairs for sale at different price levels, and the personalized service was top-notch. He was very welcoming, made a point of understanding both my needs and my budget, and then guided me to various chairs that might be good options. Tom really focuses on educating his customers; he knew all about the adjustment possibilities and also the construction of each model, and was very glad to share this knowledge with me. He could clearly explain the pros and cons of each option, but there was no high-pressure sales pitch, and I could take as much time as I wanted to try out anything in the store. I definitely felt like I learned a lot, and he was willing to negotiate a bit on the price so that I could get my top choices and still stay within my budget. I walked away with a very good deal on two very nice chairs that will serve me well for years.Seriously, don't buy new or used office furniture until you've visited this store!
